When shipping charges apply: Charges are calculated based on the contents of your shopping cart, your selected delivery method, and delivery location. How to track your order: When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. -

- All customer returns and exchanges must be made directly through BuyCremationUrns.com. Upon reciept of the returned product, BuyCremationUrns.com can then issue an exchange or refund.

- Upon entering product into your shopping cart you can click proceed to check out. From their you can verify your shipping address, shipping method, and method of payment. You will be sent to paypal to do your payment which can be with a paypal account or by credit card. You will be sent a verification email and fed ex will let you know when your order has been shipped and tracking information.
